SIDECAR RENTAL FAQs

  • Our pricing can vary based on time of year and hours of rental. Linked HERE you will find our starting packages, however we will try our best to work within your budget.

  • The minimum is the total food and beverage cost to reserve the Sidecar, not including tax and gratuity. At the end of the evening, if the food and beverage bill does not meet the guaranteed minimum, the difference will be owed. 

    Your final bill will include a 25% gratuity on total food and beverage purchases.

  • All of our rental packages are for 3 hours but can be extended for additional time. It is 25% of the minimum per additional hour.

    If your guests are looking for a change of scenery, they are welcome to enjoy Lola’s (right next door) after your event!

  • Our Happy Hour package offers buffet-style of our snacks, dumplings, salads, and pizzas.

    Our Private Dinner package offers our entire food menu in a seated dinner style.

    Our Premium Supper Club dinner allows guests to work with our Executive Chef on menu ideas. It is typically traditional supper club dishes like prime rib, wedge salad, and twice baked potato!

  • We have a fully functional karaoke set up, we can show movies or music videos, as well as teach a cocktail class! Ask us about pricing for these upgrade options!

  • The maximum capacity for rental events is 35 guests for a mixed standing/seated event. For more formal private dinners we recommend no more than 30 guests, We encourage you to tour the Sidecar prior to confirming your event or checking out some gallery photos HERE.

  • The Sidecar was designed with acoustic treatment and the same incredible speakers we feature at Lola’s. Whether you have a presentation, want to hear the DJs spinning next door at Lola’s, or have your own playlist you want to bump…we got you!

    We also have a projector and movie screen available that can be accessed with an HDMI input or shared screen via laptop or tablet.

  • In order to fully confirm your event we will need to have a signed rental contract and a non-refundable deposit for 25% of your minimum. Your deposit may be credited towards your final bill.

  • Yes, our entire seating area is very flexible for accommodating ADA needs.

  • Surely! We are an all ages venue, we just ask that a parent or guardian is present if there are any minors in the Sidecar.

    We offer our kids menu with all packages.

  • We do not have a coat check, but we have hangers and racks available!
